- At the moment all orders are shipped through USPS.
Processing time: 1-3 days(order picking and packing)

Shipping: 3-6 days(depending on where you are located)

Excludes holidays and weekends.

- At the moment we do not offer international shipping.

- Store Policy: Due to the nature of our products as well as health and safety reasons Magnifique Prezzed does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.

- Store Policy: We accept cancellations within 24hrs of purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

- We recommend that you get a fresh press on set each time for health and safety reasons but if you would like to reuse your set limit your reuse time to 1-2 times after your first use. If you are going to reuse your press on set we recommend you clean your press on nails with alcohol and to get any old glue out of your nails, preferably using a nail drill lightly.

- Your press on set comes with extra nails(if your set has extra nails), instructions on application and removal, and 1 prep kit which includes a buffer, file, brown wooden stick, liquid glue, glue tabs, and an alcohol pad.

- Yes we do offer custom sets. Checkout ‘Custom Set’ in our ‘Magnifique Sets’ section for more info.

- Check out our 'Magnifique Measuring' page to ensure that you have the right size that is best for your nails.

- With the proper prepping and application your nails should not pop off. Please follow the instructions included in your box. If you lose your instructions or happen to not get an instruction card please read the "How do I apply my press on set?" under the FAQ's.

1. (Try your nails on for size) Gently push back your cuticles with the wooden stick.
2. File your natural nails, then buff the nail bed to remove shine.(we recommend trimming down your natural nails if they have length to them)
3. Clean your nails with alcohol pad provided.
4. Apply glue or nail tab to the natural nail.
5. Apply press on nail and hold for about 15 secs 
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each nail...Done!!

- Magnifique Prezzed is NOT responsible for any loss or theft once the carrier has your package. Any loss or theft please contact the carrier directly. Also if your package happens to be damaged from shipping you will need to contact the carrier to file a claim.

- You are responsible for measuring out your nails. If you need help with measuring your nails out please visit our 'Magnifique Measuring' page. If you do not want to measure we do occasionally offer 24 piece nail sets. Refer to "24 pcs" page for more info.

- Nail glue: 1-2 weeks. Nail tab: can be worn for a few hours or 1-2 days. Nail glue gel: 2-4 weeks.

- Magnifique sets are made using 4-6 coats of gel polish. We use high quality products and materials to ensure that our customers get the best use of their press ons. To see some of our products used check out our socials.

- The press on set should not damage your natural nail if you've followed the application and removal instructions correctly.

- Please remember that acetone can ruin your press on nail set. If you happen to get glue on your fingers/skin try using petroleum jelly or warm soapy water. If that does not work try dipping a cotton swab into acetone and applying it to the dried glue area on skin.

- Light filing is ok for your press on set but you shouldn't cut the nails as it can mess up the sets design.
